Diego Velázquez, el gran pintor.....¡Fan de Picasso! Reclutado por el Ministerio del Tiempo, es el encargado de dibujar los retratos robot de los sospechosos. Tiene a Salvador hasta la coronilla con Picasso, hasta tal punto que lo amenazó con enviarle a pintar bisontes a Altamira.
